The order fulfilment process.
It starts with us storing your goods and ends with them in the recipients’ hands.
Step 1 - Goods In
Your goods arrive at our fulfilment warehouse. We unpack and check stock carefully against the SKU information you have provided to us. The items are then stowed away and ready for ordering.
Step 2 - Storage
Whilst in storage your items are insured and protected by our security system and the RG portal gives you instant access to inventory, imagery and specifications.
Step 3 - Ordering
You or your customer can order with us via email, API or the RG Portal for immediate processing through the warehouse for pick, pack and despatch.
Step 4- Pick & Pack
The ordered items are picked from the shelves and the right packaging selected for economy and protection. We take particular pride in this; we pack fast but pack to last.
Step 5- Delivery
The consignment is collected from us and the tracking data is fed through the system and back to the client and/or recipient. Multiple delivery options are available, please speak to one of our experts.
