Microsoft needed a trustworthy fulfilment support team to help manage and support the delivery of their Xbox, Surface, Studio and PC devices to journalists and influencers.
To store and deliver their promotional stock launches requires special attention as valuable goods require the right packaging and fragile delivery service.
We developed a loan module within the Client Portal to meet the specific needs of this project and created new warehouse procedures to train the team in how to wipe and reformat devices, to prepare them for the next loanee.
