Our clients usually require our support in one of two ways; via a seasonal or short-term campaign or on an ongoing daily fulfilment scenario.

Client brief: As soon as we receive an initial client contact we act and respond. Talk to us early-on! We have been in logistics for nearly 70 years so we know our onions. Involve us early in your campaign plan - take advantage of our expertise. Everyone likes free consultation.



Goods In: Our warehouse operatives receive your stock and check quantity and perform quality control, then book into the system and you receive a GRN (goods received note).

Inventory: The RG Client Portal is your online inventory and order management tool.

Management: You are provided with a dedicated Account Manager. Use them!

Handling: Our experienced warehouse team brag about the diverse work they process and don’t lock up until the job is done.

Delivery: Same day, next day, timed…UK, EU, ROW….post/carton/pallets – all bases covered.

Reporting: POD and follow up with POC at destination means clients can sleep soundly.

GRN: We work in units of minutes and hours, not days and weeks. Goods Received Notes are usually provided to clients within an hour of being unloaded from delivery vehicle.

Storage & inventory: We can fit a lot of stock in our 40,000 sq.ft warehouse, that’s over an acre of floor space. All of your team are provided log-ins to our client stock management portal.

Order processing: Same-hour response speed = happy clients.

Pick & pack: Fast pick, double check & gold-standard packing ensure your goods arrive in pristine condition.

Delivery: Service selected on a per-order basis via by best-in-class carriers, with full track and trace capability.

Reporting: POD download once signed for and drillable reports via client portal.
