  • We provide the online RG client portal for 24/7 access to inventory, ordering and SKU information.

    Easy API integration across a number of platforms. Bespoke workflows to allow you to add value to your customer’s orders, and simple transparent billing.

    Our portal puts you in control, automatically telling us when stock is due in, manging the layout of stock, creating bundles etc.

    Orders can be created via API or .csv upload

  • Delivery service options are offered according to client brief, recipient location, deadline and type of goods.

    Account Managers are trained in all types of logistics scenarios and will make sure your stock is sent on the most cost efficient solution.

    Consignment tracking and signature on delivery information is provided via email back to recipient or available to clients on RG portal.

  • We offer a huge range of packaging options or can use clients own solution - please speak to us for more detail and how to make your parcels stand out from the crowd.

    We use cardboard only/plastic-free packaging where possible and rework waste cardboard for use as voidfill.

    Bespoke packing presentation can be arranged e.g. gift-wrapping, hand-written notes, branded packaging or delicates are available.

  • Inbound Goods
    Client to provide SKU and stock data prior to stock arrival at RG warehouse via ASN
    Reworking of mixed items in cartons, unusual or large items/additional warehouse work charged at £11.25 per 15 mins  

    Storage
    £200 per pallet of cost price insurance included in storage charge / £12.50 per slot of insurance included in storage charge.
    Charges are calculated daily

    Delivery
    Carrier and postal fuel service charges billed at cost as per rates publishedDelivery
    Despatch days and delivery days are weekdays only, except for pre-booked weekend work
    "Next day" delivery terminology refers to next working day, so consignments sent Friday, deliver Monday
    Saturday delivery needs to be stipulated, but is not automatic for Friday despatches on a next day service
    Remote postcodes will be subject to surcharge, depending on service usedDelivery International orders will require HS code, country of origin, item description and item value
    Orders received before 12pm will be pick, packed and despatched on the same day
    Cost estimate does not budget for any returns; due to failed deliveries, inaccurate delivery address information, recipient refusal.
    Consignments are covered for £100 cost price insurance

    Financial
    All prices are calculated using information provided and are subject to change accordingly
    All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged in addition at the prevailing rate (please note, some overseas deliveries do not attract VAT)
    Invoices are generated around 2 weeks after the end of the month period
    Invoices are produced monthly and payment terms are 30 days from invoice date
    International imports and exports are potentially subject to customs duty and taxation.  These charges are not included in this quotation
    Invoices for duty and tax payable on import and export of goods are payable on 7 days
